In order to provide transportation services for the Boao Forum for Asia annual Conference 2022, railway authorities have been making meticulous preparations for epidemic prevention and control, transportation safety and passenger services to provide a safe, comfortable and smooth travel environment for guests from all over the world.

In terms of passenger service, China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. focuses on the training of service etiquette, service skills and foreign language services, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of crew members in a multi-dimensional manner. Haikou Motor Vehicle Team made the work schedule in advance, made elaborate plans from epidemic prevention and control, personnel deployment, service supplies, environmental sanitation and other aspects, gradually optimized the implementation plan, and made every effort to ensure the quality of passenger service during the Boao Forum for Asia. The train is equipped with convenient items such as service boxes, medicine boxes, sewing boxes and epidemic prevention kits to meet the needs of different passengers. The station organizes volunteers to guide the passenger flow, provide key passenger services and maintain the waiting order at the ticket office, entrance and ticket check, and provide passengers with precise, elaborate and refined services.

In terms of epidemic prevention and control, Guangzhou Bureau Group Company adheres to regular epidemic prevention and control, strictly implements epidemic prevention measures such as disinfection of station vehicles and temperature measurement of passengers, and meanwhile strengthens the self-protection of crew members and management of carriages to block the transmission channels of the epidemic. They encrypt and disinfect the waiting room, platform, ticket gate, toilet and other key areas and parts of frequency, to create a healthy and safe travel environment for passengers. Sanya Station set up temperature measuring instruments and other equipment at the entrance, and sent more volunteers to provide guidance services to guard the safety of passengers.

In terms of safety transportation, Guangzhou Bureau Group Company has carried out training on safety knowledge, anti-terrorism, anti-riot and fire fighting knowledge and emergency response drills to comprehensively improve the professional quality of crew members, while strengthening the inspection of train facilities and equipment to ensure that the train equipment is in good condition. All railway stations will strictly implement the security inspection system, ensure that passengers' belongings and checked items pass through the plane one by one and passengers go through personal inspection, and ensure that the security inspection rate reaches 100% to ensure transportation safety during the Boao Forum for Asia.
